3 Simple Steps To Requesting Your 2027 Booth

Step 1: Review the Floor plan

See below and select your top 2 or 3 booth options

Step 2: Complete the Booth Request Form

Booths are assigned based on priority points until August 14th. Not all exact booth requests can be honored, however Snow Management will do our best to get as close to your preferred space as possible.

Step 3: Pay Required Deposit

For your booth request to be processed a $1,000 (USD) deposit is required. If deposit is NOT paid your request will not be honored.

What are priority points?

Supplier companies earn Priority Points for engaging with SIMA via exhibits, sponsorships, advertisements and more.  Points are accumulated year after year.

Booth selections are allocated based on Priority Points for those contracts recieved prior to August 14th.  

When will I know my final booth assignment?

SIMA will be collecting booth agreements starting June 26, 2026.  Agreements submitted prior to August 14th will be placed based on priority points and location preference.  Agreements placed after August 15th will be placed first come, first served.

Final assignments will hit inboxes mid-September.

*Agreements submitted without the required deposit will NOT recieve their booth number until payment is made.
