3 Simple Steps To Requesting Your 2027 Booth
Step 1: Review the Floor plan
Review our current floor plan and select the space/size that would work best for you.
Step 2: Complete the Booth Request
Click on your desired space* and select the BUY button. *Not all exact booth requests can be honored, however Snow Management will do our best to get as close to your preferred space as possible.
Step 3: Pay Required Deposit
For your booth request to be processed a $1,000 (USD) down payment is required. If deposit is NOT paid your request will not be honored.

What if I'm not an active SIMA Member?
Membership can be purchased during checkout!
A 12-month membership is only $695 and can give significant savings on your booth based on desired size.
When will I know my final booth assignment?
SIMA will be collecting booth agreements starting June 26, 2026. Agreements submitted prior to August 14th will be placed based on priority points and location preference. Agreements placed after August 15th will be placed first come, first served.
Final assignments will be emailed (along with the final invoice) out up to three (3) business days after the request.
*Agreements submitted without the required deposit will NOT recieve their booth number until payment is made.
What are my payment options?
A $1,000 down payment is required to reserve a space. This fee can be paid via Credit Card on the booking page.

Booth balances are due with 45 days of invoice and can be paid via credit card, check or ACH.
