All booth payments must be made-in-full by March 31, 2023. Booths with at open balance at this time are subject to location change or release.
Contact exhibits@sima.org with questions.
All exhibitors must provide SIMA with a Certificate of Insurance, naming SIMA as additional insured on your general liability policy of at least $1 million, listing the dates of the show (June 13-16, 2023) by May 1, 2023.

Room blocks at the Hartford Marriott Downtown and Hampton Inn + Suites Hartford are now open. Register for name badges and hotel booking information will be sent your way.
Hotel blocks may fill up; SIMA encourages you to book sooner rather than later.

Electric/Booth Cleaning/Sign Hanging/Internet

Exhibitors must register for name badges prior to the show (see your personalized registration link in your Vendor Dashboard). All representatives at your booth must have a SIMA issued name badge to be allowed access to the exhibit hall.
Contact registration@sima.org if you are unsure of your Vendor Dashboard link or have troubles.
Where can I find the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions?
The 2023 Exhibitor T&Cs were sent in the confirmation email you received from SIMA when booking your booth.
By registering for a booth space, you agreed to these terms. Access the 2023 T&Cs here.
What drayage/material handling is included with my booth purchase?
Your booth purchase includes:
- Moving equipment/materials from the loading dock to the exhibitor booth via a fork lift for move-in and visa-versa for move-out
- This includes items shipped to the Advance Warehouse by June 5th
- Items received at the warehouse after June 5th will incur a 25% surcharge to be paid by the exhibitor
- Vehicle spotting if equipment can move on its own
Basically, exhibitors are in charge of the actual shipment of their products to/from the event and SIMA will cover the costs once onsite. Still have questions? Contact exhibits@sima.org
Can I sell products out of my booth?

Are there any height restrictions for my booth?
- Inline booths - Exhibit booths must not be higher than 8' in the back and 4' on each side. Sign hanging for inline booths is not allowed.
- Island booths (larger than 20x20) - Exhibit booths must not be higher than 16'
Are there any vehicle display rules I need to follow?

When exhibiting motor vehicles inside the CTCC, the following requirements must be abided by:
- Vehicle gas tanks must be less than 1/2 full or 10 gallons (whichever is less),
and the cap for the fuel tank must be locked closed and cannot be removed
while in the building. - Vehicle electrical system must be disconnected by removing at least one
battery cable from each set of batteries. - At no time during a show may vehicles be moved, and any moving of the
vehicles during move in and out must be supervised by building personnel. - Keys for entry and to start the vehicle, as well as any deactivation codes for
security features, must be left with the Connecticut Convention Center
security department.
